BuildWebzy provides custom website design, local SEO setup, hosting, SSL, maintenance, and related digital services for local service businesses. Specific deliverables depend on the plan you select (Starter, Pro, or Premium).
Pricing
Published pricing on buildwebzy.com includes a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly hosting and maintenance fee. US pricing (default): Starter $500 + $49/mo, Pro $900 + $79/mo, Premium $1,500 + $149/mo. UK pricing where shown: Starter £400 + £39/mo, Pro £720 + £63/mo, Premium £1,200 + £119/mo. Final quotes may vary by scope; your signed agreement or invoice controls if different.
Minimum term & cancellation
After your initial setup, monthly service continues for a minimum of three (3) months. After that minimum period, hosting and maintenance are month-to-month. You may cancel with written notice (email to hello@buildwebzy.com). Cancellation stops future monthly charges; it does not refund prior months or the setup fee unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Domain ownership
When your setup fee is paid in full, the domain registered for your project is transferred to you or registered in your name as agreed at onboarding. You own your business content. BuildWebzy retains rights to our templates, code frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, photos, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Keep payment methods current for recurring hosting fees.
- Ensure you have rights to any content you supply (logos, photos, copy).
Free audit
Free website audits are provided in good faith with no obligation to purchase. Audit reports are informational and not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildWebzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
